Legacy New Home Development is a local, family run business that has been providing quality new home construction for the residents of Petawawa, Pembroke, Laurentian Valley and Deep River since 1989.

All our skilled tradesmen are locally hired and many have been working with our firm since we began.  Our philosophy has always been simple:

Possession dates are given on a first come, first served basis. Our schedule fills quickly, so don’t wait longer than necessary to confirm your new build!
