My wife and I started doing business with Darryl Lance and Legacy Homes. Legacy built us a brand new, beautiful side split home on time and with no complications. During the build we had the opportunity to meet and work with the different suppliers and tradespeople; they welcomed our opinions and feedback.
Sometime later, we built another home on a bigger lot. We loved the design of our first home so much that we built the same model again. Darryl came up with the idea to change the front of the house to give it a different look. We sat down with Darryl on several occasions and tossed ideas back and forth. We always felt that Darryl listened to our suggestions and ideas and used his 20+ years of building experience to make our ideas a reality.
After building some equity in our second Legacy home, my wife and I decided to build our dream home. There was no question who was going to build it for us, LEGACY!!! The third time building was a breeze. Legacy built us a beautiful 1800 sq .ft. bungalow complete with a fully finished basement and an attached 1050 sq .ft. four-bay garage. The house was move-in ready and was perfect! We have now been in the home for a year and still don’t even have a nail pop. The quality and workmanship is second to none. Legacy uses high-end products and high-end licensed professionals to install them.
